Everyday Giving - DSC's Year-Round Giving Platform
Ongoing
All bodies need to move. Help us give the gift of exercise to those who don't have easy access. Your financial support creates very real possibilities for those we serve through our sport. So many in our community are unable to access opportunities to get them out of the house and moving. Wounded warriors, people with special challenges, youth from under-resourced neighborhoods. Their health depends on it. Ours does too!
209Gives - San Joaquin County's Annual Day of Giving
April 12th, 2022
Mark your calendar! DSC will participate in 209Gives, San Joaquin County's #GivingTuesday. The 209Gives community support initiative for non-profits will take place virtually on April 12th, 2022.
We would love for you to learn about this year's community day of giving and ways to get involved.
Your gift also affirms that you recognize what we are trying to do for our community - not just Stockton but all of the Central Valley and beyond -- and that has intangible value to us. It buoys us up and keeps us firm in our dedication to serve.

What your donation supports
Delta Sculling Center teaches athletes of all abilities to scull - this requires coaches, volunteers, equipment, supplies, maintenance and boathouse to store everything and to come together:
OarBusters Program - Uses adaptive equipment to help athletes with physical/sensory/cognitive and emotional challenges get on the water. We provide access to our beautiful Delta waterways for everyBODY, so that every individual in our community can reap the benefits of physical activity, teamwork, discipline, and peace on the water.
Freedom Rows Program - One of only 25 military veterans programs in the country. Our Freedom Rows program is considered a premier example of helping physically disabled and able-bodied veterans with PTSD, TBI and other combat-related issues.
Youth Programs - These programs introduce rowing to middle and high school athletes, and strive to include those from under-served areas of our community.
Delta Sculling Center is highly respected in the rowing community and is seen as a role model in bringing diversity and inclusion to our sport. This is due to the hard-working, hands-on commitment of 17 volunteers working with athletes in OarBusters, Freedom Rows and Youth Programs. Our boathouse doors are open to everyone from first-timers to seasoned master scullers.
If you would like to donate to a specific program, please indicate that program in the "Special Instructions to the Seller" line.
